Skyline Assisted Living is at 100 Hard Rock Road. Just west of Van Buren. When crossing the Current River Bridge at Van Buren. Look stright up and you will see the building midway up the hill. After crossing the Bridge you will take the next left exit after 103 and top the hill. Facility is on right.
